Eating clean isn’t about health anymore. Its about shame.
I still think that there are good messages in reducing sugar and eating less processed foods.
Personally I adopt ideas from many different sources rather than restriction to a ‘diet’.
I try to eat less processed food, but not punish myself for savouring a treat now and then. Though truthfully i’m more of a ‘now’ and less of a ‘then’
But I do notice an increase in obsessive thinking and guilt being inflicted when it comes to food, and a healthy mind is just as important as a healthy body <3
