Warming Winter Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup almond or coconut milk.
2/3 cups soaked cashews (soak in water overnight, drain).
1 tablespoon coconut butter.
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder.
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus extra for sprinkling.
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamon.
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (or fresh).
 tiny pinch of ground cloves.
 tiny pinch of sea salt.

2 cups hot water.
1 cup coconut oil, softened.
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter.
1/4 cup granulated stevia.
6 eggs.
2 cups gluten-free self-raising flour.
1 cup almond meal.
1/2 cup raw cacao powder (or 100% cocoa powder), plus extra for dusting.
pinch sea salt.
